Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as ordering the wrong item, submitting an incorrect photo, changing your mind, or dissatisfaction with a design that was approved or submitted by you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the damage or defect.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.

Once we review your claim, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund if we determine that the item was damaged during shipping or arrived with a manufacturing defect.

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a claim.

Non-Eligible Claims

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Photos uploaded in low resolution or poor quality.

  • Spelling, cropping, or customization errors submitted by the customer.

  • Minor color variations caused by differences between screen displays and the finished product.

  • Normal wear and tear or damage occurring after delivery.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If a replacement is approved, we will manufacture and ship a replacement item at no additional cost.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that all products are made specifically for you and that refunds or replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective, as described in this policy.
